Rain-out Procedures
- Rain-outs will be determined based on field conditions. The
scheduled home team is responsible for checking on the field and with
the appropriate field owner.
- A decision needs to be made NO LATER THAN 2 HOURS before the
scheduled game time so that players and umpires can be notified.
- The scheduled home team needs to phone the visiting team manager
AND the league commissioner/league president with the rain-out decision -- no later than two hours before game time.
Schedule Changes
- If a game date, time, or location change is made prior to
game day, call your league commissioner with the change.
- If a change needs to be made on game day,
call NO LATER THAN 2 HOURS prior to the original
scheduled game time.
Game Day
- The scheduled home team is responsible for preparing the field --
raking, lines, clean-up, etc.
- For a scheduled doubleheader, each team will be home
team once. A coin flip will determine which game.
